Certificate in Integrating Innovative Technologies in Health Science Education | |||||||||||||||||||
The Learning, Design, and Technology Program in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Houston offers a certificate program for health science educators that focuses on Integrating Innovative Technologies in Health Science Education. This certificate program is designed to provide health care professionals with expertise that will aid them as educators facilitating student learning and as managers of education programs, including curriculum leadership and scholarly inquiry into teaching and learning. Please note that all courses for this certificate are taught online and no face-to-face classes are required. Instruction is provided by faculty in the Learning, Design &Technology (LDT) Program at the University of Houston. The curriculum has been developed by the LDT Faculty and is composed of four graduate courses. A member of the LDT Faculty will advise each student accepted into the certificate program.
